Susan Kreyer – Mortgage Consultant/Originations Manager

During the first seven of her more than fourteen years in the industry of finance, Susan Kreyer received several GMAC outstanding performance awards for her work with people who needed bank loans. The same level of top-performance follows her in the mortgage lending business. Susan has a long and successful track record working with Self-Employed individuals, First-Time home buyers, Investment Property, Rehab and New Construction financing, as well as cash-out or rate & term refinancing. When asked for her thoughts as to why she has been so successful: “If there is a secret to my career success, it is probably that I make sure each borrower clearly understands what to expect from the lender as well as what the lender expects of the borrower…there is no guess work here.”

Elizabeth Burgin - Processing Manager

Elizabeth Burgin’s key responsibility as the company’s processing team leader is to insure all loans meets each individual need in an efficient and timely manner. At the company’s beginning Elizabeth has more then thirteen years of work in mortgage banking as a loan processor, an originator, and underwriter. “As the head of loan processing it is my job to provide up-to-date information about each loan in process and then to deliver that information promptly to everyone involved in the loan: the lender, attorney, the originator, the realtor, and of course most importantly, our clients.” With a keen understanding of Conventional and Government lending programs combined with her succinct communication skills Elizabeth sees that each loan is processed with the greatest attention to detail and demand.

Maureen Schon – Mortgage Consultant & Originator

Maureen Schon has worked in the real estate industry for more then 25 years and worked for 19 years with one the nations largest mortgage lenders prior to joining Mortgage Innovations. Unique to Maureen’s experience is her tenure as a real estate agent.

“As a real estate agent, I experienced first hand how each property, like the prospective buyer, has its’ own specialties and because of this nothing can ever be taken for granted. I understand how each party involved, whether buyer or seller, has an extra level of excitement and expectation around their deal… especially when it came to the financing.”  Maureen’s method of individualized service and keeping her sight on the task at hand is a promise that only professionals with her rounded knowledge can deliver.

Robert Morgan – Mortgage Consultant & Originator

Bob is a 40 year resident of the Rochester area.  He sincerely cares for his community, serving on several boards and involved in numerous charitable activities.
With a wide background in FHA, VA and Conventional lending programs, Bob’s clients receive personalized lending solutions tailored to their particular circumstances.  He takes great pride in noting that many of his borrowers have used his services multiple times, often referring their children, friends and neighbors for mortgage financing guidance.  Bob has developed a growing specialty in the credit challenged lending area, giving his clients a solution for nearly every real estate related financing need.

Debi Land – Mortgage Consultant & Originator

After 20 years in Information Systems at Xerox, Debi began a second career in the field of banking and mortgage lending five years ago.  Her diverse business background provides her with a strong basis for providing clients with the best mortgage product to suit their needs.  Debi is multi-lingual, which allows her to work well with borrowers of many nationalities who may not use English as a primary language.  Debi’s ability to develop a strong working relationship with borrowers allows her to provide them with the best service possible.  Her understanding of the lending community allows her to procure the best possible alternatives to meet almost any situation.  In fact, financing unusual situations is her specialty.  She believes that if her customer is happy at the end of our relationship-he or she will come back to her in the future, and recommend her to their family and friends.   Understanding her clients’ needs and exceeding their expectations ensures Debi of a lasting relationship that will grow into the future.

Eileen Tipton – Mortgage Loan Processor

Eileen has over 10 years experience in the conforming and non-conforming mortgage lending industry.  Her fluency in English and Spanish has been a great benefit to our clients, guaranteeing a clearer understanding of the mortgage process from application to closing, and beyond.  She has received several awards of recognition of her outstanding commitment to customer service and achieving a high level of compliance with New York State and Federal regulations.  Eileen’s goal is to provide both her customers and fellow team members with a high level of professional assistance when purchasing a home or refinancing to fulfill a dream.
